Meet Jenna

Hi there! I’m Jenna, your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).

My passion for using food as a foundation for health began back in middle school, but it wasn’t until college, when I faced symptoms like fatigue, bloating, PCOS, weight-loss resistance, food sensitivities, acne, and bacterial infections—that my true health journey began.

Despite countless doctor visits, I kept hearing, “everything looks fine.” Deep down, I knew it wasn’t. What I needed was someone to actually listen. I knew what I was experiencing wasn’t normal, but I struggled to find answers, until I discovered nutritional therapy. For the first time, the dots between all of my symptoms connected, and I finally understood the bigger picture of my health.

Experiencing the impact of nutritional therapy firsthand led me to pursue this path so I could support women who feel unheard, overlooked, or stuck in their health struggles. Today, I’m here to do exactly that—helping women uncover real answers and create lasting balance in their bodies and their lives.

Nutritional therapy is about so much more than food. It’s a whole-body approach that recognizes the connection between blood sugar, digestion, sleep, stress, and nutrient-dense eating. Every body is unique, which is why I focus on bio-individuality, what helps one woman thrive may not work for another.

There’s a lot of noise online, success stories about weight loss, detoxes, clear skin, or improved energy, but those paths are personal. Copying someone else’s approach rarely leads to lasting results. I’m not here to tell you what to do. My role is to guide you toward what could bring your body into better balance, helping you understand your own needs.

I take the time to listen to your unique experiences, habits, and goals, so every recommendation is tailored specifically to you. Together, we uncover what truly supports your body, creating a plan that fits your lifestyle and honors your individuality. This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, it’s about cultivating sustainable health, energy, and self-trust from within.
