4 Month Program

  • This program includes 10 total sessions over 4 months. In addition to our scheduled calls, you’ll have unlimited weekday messaging and call access to me for questions, quick check ins, and celebrating wins so you feel supported every step of the way.

    This comprehensive program is designed to guide you through a sustainable, bio individual healing journey using advanced testing and ongoing support. With functional lab testing we can eliminate the guess work of what we think is happening and actually uncover the imbalances that are driving your symptoms. With this data, your plan is completely customized to your body’s needs.

    Program structure:

    Prior to our first session in the program, we will meet for an initial consultation (sold separately, see below for details) where we discuss the in depth details of your health, lifestyle, and goals. I use this information to guide a conversation as to what tests I recommend.

    Month 1: We begin with a Test Review Session to review your functional test results and identify your imbalances. Then, a Recommendations Session to walk through your customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement healing plan. We finish off the month with two Support Sessions to help you confidently begin incorporating these recommendations into your daily life.

    Months 2 + 3: Biweekly Support Sessions to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and fine tune your recommendations for optimal results.

    Month 4: One Support Session to review your progress and a final Transition Session to celebrate your progress, and plan your next steps, whether that’s moving into maintenance or continuing support.

    Each session is designed to meet you where you are, ensuring your plan feels manageable, aligned, and empowering. This program prioritizes sustainable change so you can confidently heal your body and restore lasting wellness.

  • Discovery Call

    This 30 minute free video call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll explore your main health concerns, what’s currently feeling out of balance, and why you’re seeking support. I’ll also share more about how I work and answer any questions you have. This call is not a coaching session, but rather a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit to work together. My goal is to understand your needs and determine if my approach is the right match for your healing journey.

  • Initial Consultation

    Before our session, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms. During our 90 minute consultation, we’ll have an in depth conversation about your nutrition, digestion, blood sugar regulation, stress, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

    This process sets the foundation for us to build a personalized, sustainable plan that supports your long term health. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about creating a strategy that evolves with you, helps you reconnect with your body, and supports lasting change over time.

    It also serves as an opportunity to experience my approach and ensure it aligns with your needs and goals before moving forward into the program.

  • Test Review Session

    In this 60 minute session, we focus on understanding your test results. We’ll review any gut and hormone tests I recommended to identify imbalances, inflammation, or food sensitivities. This session is all about understanding what is going on in your body, and how it relates to your health concerns.

  • Recommendations Session

    This 60 minute session is all about putting your plan into action. We’ll go step by step on what your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations are and how to implement them. We go over how to take supplements effectively, structure meals, plan recipes, and adjust your lifestyle to support healing. You’ll leave with practical tools, actionable strategies, and confidence to successfully follow your protocol day to day.

  • Support Sessions

    During these 30 minute sessions, we’ll check in on your progress, explore what’s feeling supportive, and identify what may need adjusting. This is a collaborative space to reflect, troubleshoot, and refine your plan so it continues to align with your body’s needs and your long term goals. Each session builds on the last to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and consistency.

  • Transition Session

    In this 45 minute session, we’ll review the progress your gut has made over the course of the program. We’ll celebrate your wins, highlight improvements, and discuss any remaining areas of focus. Together, we’ll create a clear plan for your next steps, whether that’s transitioning to a maintenance plan, continuing deeper support through additional programs, or other strategies to sustain your health long term.
